Privacy Policy

Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash) when you register.

Business data — business names, locations, and review content retrieved from Google and Yelp on your behalf when you connect a business to your account.

Usage data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and other standard server log data collected automatically when you use the Service.

Payment information — billing is handled entirely by Polar. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

• To create and manage your account
• To provide the Service — syncing reviews, generating AI-assisted replies, sending negative review alerts, and delivering weekly digest emails
• To send transactional and service emails (billing receipts, trial reminders, product updates) via Resend
• To improve and maintain the Service
• To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is removed from our active systems within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer where required by law (e.g. billing records).

All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. Data at rest is protected by Supabase's security infrastructure. We follow industry-standard practices to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send

The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
