Terms of Service

By accessing or using SimpleReviews ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including individuals accessing the Service on behalf of a business.

The Service is intended for business use only. Users must be at least 18 years old.

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us immediately at support@simplereview.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Polar. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

We may offer a free trial for new accounts. Trials are non-renewable and do not automatically convert to a paid subscription. To continue using paid features after a trial ends, you must subscribe.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the Service without our written permission
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or systematically access the Service beyond normal usage
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

SimpleReviews retrieves review data from third-party platforms (including Google and Yelp) via third-party APIs. We do not control the accuracy, completeness, or availability of that data. Review content is owned by the respective platforms and their users.

The Service also integrates with third-party providers for payments, email, AI, and infrastructure. Your use of the Service is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

SimpleReviews and all associated software, designs, and content are the property of SimpleReviews. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of any data you bring to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT REVIEW DATA RETRIEVED WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIMPLEREVIEWS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold SimpleReviews harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in New York, NY under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive any right to participate in class-action litigation or class-wide arbitration.
